Finally

Wooohoo !

Finally managed to grt back on my own pc for a change.

Anyway havent been keeping this up-to-date as anyone who has visited this site would obviously see.

I have been doing training but not quite as intense as before. The latest update was though as it was the following:

For time:

Reps - 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3

Of - Squats, push press, box jumps (5 risers), dead lifts.

Time: Somewhere around the 13 minute marker.


Needless to say that although I managed to do this and not feel gubbed (although very worked), I AM NOW SUFFERING................... cant move my legs. They have big time fell out with me.
