The Long Day

5 rounds of body weight benching and chins to failure:

Round 1. 70kg for 9 reps; 10 chins
Round 2. 70kg for 10 reps; 10 chins
Round 3. 70kg for 8 reps; 9 chins
Round 4. 70kg for 8 reps; 8 chins
Round 5. 70kg for 7 reps; 8 chins

FOLLOWED BY:
4 rounds of 100 skips and 10 stability ball crunches

Double shift today after a nite out (no beer though). Tired today but thought what the heck lets do this. Bring it on crossfit. Feel better for it now.
