Crossfit here we come

Managed to get the time and do this:

5 Rounds of:

10 pull-ups
15 powerbag clean and press, 25 Kg
25 body squats
20 back extentions

really enjoyed this workout. I managed to get one of the guys who comes into the gym to work through this workout with me. He also liked it and in true crossfit style he was gubbed at the end of it.
