3 rounds - 1 minute each station. 1 minute rest at end of each set.
10 kg Thrusters dumb-bell: 20, 15, 15
25 kg Sumo Deadlift High Pull: 20, 17, 20
20" Box Jumps: 22, 18, 18
25 kg Push Press: 30, 20, 21
1 minute row: 15, 17, 18 (calories burnt)
Excellent workout. Me and davie still shaking and feeling gubbed but feel good for it. Give us more crossfit. (Who is Tito anyway ha ha).
