Out of time
This is all I managed to do last night as I had to take care of some things that ate into my training time.......... bummer having to work when your actually at work.... Hmmm:
2 sets of Dumb-bell bench press 14 Kg, 20 reps
2 sets of Dumb-bell bench press 20 Kg, 15 reps
3 sets of Dumb-bell bench press 27.5 Kg, 8 reps
3 sets of Dumb-bell bench press 30 Kg, 6 reps
Unfortunately that was it. Think I need to do workouts earlier in the day.
