A good workout

Well as I said I was going to gym. Me and big Garry ( my big mucker) went to another gym where we can get to train. This is basically what we did:

Flat benching 60 Kg, 10 reps, 2 sets
Incline benching, 20 Kg dumbbells, 2 sets
'D' Cline, 20 Kg dumbbell press, 2 sets
Lat Pulldown, 15 reps, weight ?
Close grip lat pulldown, 15 Reps, weight ?
Seated Row, 8 - 10 reps, weight ?
Dumbbell shoulder press, 17.5 Kg, 8 - 10 reps, 2 sets
Shoulder shrugs, 22 Kg dumbbells, 8-10 reps, 2 sets
Upright row, Olympic bar, 8-10 reps, 2 sets
Dumbbell arm curls, 10 Kg, 8-10 reps, 2 sets

Need to complete later....... big garry did more.
