Back to basics

Time for change and this is it. Been a bit busy lately with things but been training well lately and today was another good one. Me, my big mucker and my bro went to yet another gym where we get to train for nada. This is basically what I did:

Lat pulldown, 6 sets, weight allowing 8-10 reps
Close Grip lat pulldown, 4 sets, weight allowing 8-10 reps
Seated Row, 4 sets, weight allowing for 8-10 reps
Back Ext, 4 sets, weight allowing for 8-10 reps
Dumbbell arm curls, 4 sets, weight allowing for 8-10 reps
Stability Ball crunches throughout routine, sets of 10.

Felt good to back in training and now this is the next day I can confirm it really hit the spot...... just enough to know ive been worked. Look forward to next session.
