Another session done

Well thats another one done. Having to take it a bit easier just now as I have tweeked my neck somehow.............. think its all this lazing about :-(

Anyway did this today -
4 sets of bench pressing, 60 Kg, 6-8 reps
4 sets lat pulldown, weight?, 15 reps (not heavy due to neck)
2 sets dumbbells arm curls, 20lbs, 10 reps
2 sets tricep pushdowns, weight?, 10 reps
5 sets stability ball crunches
Stretches

Felt good but this damn thing in my neck got sore so thinkI need to go get it seen to. Till next time.
