Cross fit revisited

Well me and my big mucker went to the gym the other day and I did this:

5 sets of ther following -

20 bodyweight squats
20 dumbbell thrusters
15 dumbbell arm curls
15 crunches
stretching

A small workout but was good fun and I felt it the next few days. Look forward to the next one.
