Back to training

Woohoo got back on track:

Been out running last night:
40 minute run

Today went to gym:

30 minute row, level 4, 30 spm
30 minute cycle, level 4, average 90 rpm

3 sets flat benching, 17.5kg dumbbells, 12 reps
3 sets tricep pushdowns, weight ? , 12 reps
Multiple sets of stability ball crunches and ab work

Loved this session. Legs wee bit tired from my run the night before but heh not to worry. Im back.
