Another Update

Ok so here is the latest news from Kennyville.

A summary of events would include:

Session 1. Running on the spot
Jump with knees to chest
Land and do 1 squat-thrust
then 1 press-up
back up to running on the spot & begin cycle over again when instructed

Continue for 15 - 20 mins ..... Then >

Running on spot
Do 1 press - up
Run on spot
Do 2 press - ups when instructed
Run on spot
Do 3 press - ups

Continue until 10 press - ups have been done

Finish with

Body Weight Squats, 5 mins continuously

Session 2.
Boxercise styled workout.

Couldnt get a proper class going but probably just as well due to the crap condition of some of these guys ....... if anyone out there ever questioned the relevance or need to cross train themcome see these guys .... YES ! .... they can play football and run about but thats it !!! any other component of "fitness" forget it ... they are pretty hopeless.

Ok so that has been about it. It is less nowadays cause I have given up lots of my hours due to study. Till next time
