The 20 Minute wonder
Do as many rounds of the following iin 20 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Press-ups
15 Body weight squats.
Didnt do this actual routine as I tried the press ups and my shoulder gave out on me due to the injury sustained from the dreaded O.H.Squats training day. Was not happy as I like press ups. I just did some rounds of Chins, squats and crunches for about 20 minutes but didnt count the rounds. Finished off with:
30 minute row
15 minute on EFX.
