The multi 3 somes

7 Rounds of 21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Reps of:

Over Head Squats
L-Pull- Ups
Knees to Elbows

Had to change the weight for the O.H. Squats to a Body Pump Bar so I could get used to the technique(never done it b4).

Time: 25 mins 20 secs

Didnt think I was up for this today but you all know what its like once you get going.... You say "Stuff it" Ive started so Im going to finish.
