Finally The truth

Findings of Employment Tibunal in Glasgow 18th January 2007.

Mr James Clacher, owner and proprietor of Quest Fitness and Nutrition (Quest Gym, Airdrie) was found guilty .

It was the judgement of the tribunal that Mr Clacher had unfairly dismissed myself and had failed to comply and meet many of the legal protocols that are in place to protect workers and businesses alike. He was found guilty of falsifying records and papers to hide his actions and his true nature as a business man. He will be ordered to pay compensation and damages and although he played the "im so financially struck now that the business will probably close" for many of us who know him and what collateral he has in way of equipment etc. this statement has little impact.

The truth is now out and I can only hope that for anyone who reads this and is actually bothered about its content now realises that Mr Clacher isnt all he seems to be and trys to potray.
