The routine

Ok havent been updating this much but the following is the general workout I have been doing:

20 minutes rower, level 4, spm 32 avg
20 minutes cycle, level 5, rpm 90 avg
20 minutes rower, level 4, spm 32 avg

Followed by:
Various sets of stability ball crunches etc
Chest press or chins

A basic workout but does the job. Focusing on CV just now as i have poured on the fat since leaving the gym. Slight variations to the workout occurr but that is the basics of it.

On the run

Well this was day 3 of training this week.

Went running round strathclyde park today. Wasnt going for time or anything like that, just enjoyed it. Was a fantastic sunny day..... bit chilly but once u got going it was good. The long home straight was actually excellent ..... thot it was going to be windy and cold but no wind and was very pleasant. Anyway till next time.

Back to training

Woohoo got back on track:

Been out running last night:
40 minute run

Today went to gym:

30 minute row, level 4, 30 spm
30 minute cycle, level 4, average 90 rpm

3 sets flat benching, 17.5kg dumbbells, 12 reps
3 sets tricep pushdowns, weight ? , 12 reps
Multiple sets of stability ball crunches and ab work

Loved this session. Legs wee bit tired from my run the night before but heh not to worry. Im back.
