Back to basics

Time for change and this is it. Been a bit busy lately with things but been training well lately and today was another good one. Me, my big mucker and my bro went to yet another gym where we get to train for nada. This is basically what I did:

Lat pulldown, 6 sets, weight allowing 8-10 reps
Close Grip lat pulldown, 4 sets, weight allowing 8-10 reps
Seated Row, 4 sets, weight allowing for 8-10 reps
Back Ext, 4 sets, weight allowing for 8-10 reps
Dumbbell arm curls, 4 sets, weight allowing for 8-10 reps
Stability Ball crunches throughout routine, sets of 10.

Felt good to back in training and now this is the next day I can confirm it really hit the spot...... just enough to know ive been worked. Look forward to next session.

A good workout

Well as I said I was going to gym. Me and big Garry ( my big mucker) went to another gym where we can get to train. This is basically what we did:

Flat benching 60 Kg, 10 reps, 2 sets
Incline benching, 20 Kg dumbbells, 2 sets
'D' Cline, 20 Kg dumbbell press, 2 sets
Lat Pulldown, 15 reps, weight ?
Close grip lat pulldown, 15 Reps, weight ?
Seated Row, 8 - 10 reps, weight ?
Dumbbell shoulder press, 17.5 Kg, 8 - 10 reps, 2 sets
Shoulder shrugs, 22 Kg dumbbells, 8-10 reps, 2 sets
Upright row, Olympic bar, 8-10 reps, 2 sets
Dumbbell arm curls, 10 Kg, 8-10 reps, 2 sets

Im back

Well I have been saying for some time now that I wanted to get back to training................ well I have. Found another gym to train in as certain other establishments are no longer availablle. Does the job and I am confident I will be back on par real soon. Meant to be going to gym after I write this. Will post workout later.
