The multi exerciser

8 rounds of the folowing:

Chins, 6 reps, strict
Body weight squats, 15 reps
press ups, 10 reps
crunches, 10 reps

followed by:

10 mins running on treadmill.

Couldnt run for any longer as it was time to through...... Hmmm.... I mean start to shut gym down and let people know they will need to finish off.

The workout

I really should keep up-to-date with tis thing but since I havent then here goes. I think this is what I did over the last few days:

5 rounds of the following:

Body weight benching (70Kg), 4, 4, 5, 6 ,6 reps (not happy with that at all)
18 Kg Dumb-bell swings, 15 reps
12 Body weight squats

Then there was another workout consisting of:

Practice session of kipping chins
Strict chins, 5-6 reps each set, loads of sets done.
14 Kg dumb-bell bicep hammer curls

Then I wanted to try just benching by itself and not part of a multi-muscle routine:

3 sets of 15 Kg dumb-bell benching, 15 reps
2 sets of 25 Kg dumb-bell benching, 8 reps
2 sets of 30 Kg dumb-bell benching, 6, 4 reps

Didnt go any heavier as I could feel something in my right shoulder that wasnt quite correct. Just havent trained like that for such a long time.

Felt good to back into the swing of training after that damn cough stopping any attempt to get it going. Back with a bang now and focused on what I want to do.

Ouch!

Ok so after some time lazing about I got back into it today........ well so that it doesnt sound too bad I actually have beeing doing some training before today........ READ ON>

Some benching and some back work. Tried to do some chins the other night there........ I did manage them but not all that many.

Anyway today I did the following:

5 Rounds of the following:

5 Chins
10 press ups
15 body weight squats

Didnt do it for time........ just wanted to do it. Then I did:

3 Rounds of:

800 metre row, level 10, 36 spm approx
15 Sumo deadlift high pulls, just with olympic bar.

Finished off with a good stretching session and lower back work.

Felt good to be back into training even although my damn cough still hasnt gone away.

On holiday

Ok so I have now officially went on holiday for 1 week. So far I have been out loads with the wean....(bonny my pet dog for those who dont know who im talking about).

Other than thatI have been out at the driving range attempting to improve my golf swing....... Hmmm..... think I will need to go lots more. Was out today on the course with my brother john and young brian. It was quite good and heh I actually saw a little improvement in my swing.

Not planning to do anything in particualr accept this weekend as it is just before I go back to work so have planned to go do some things.

Will get back into training properly when I get back. My f#@*ing cough has come back with avengance and is anoying the crap out of me.
